This is achieved through a combination of proven effective methodologies and techniques, including Positive Psychology, Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy, Neuro – Linguistic Programming, Art Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Counselling is a collaboration between qualified counsellors and clients to support clients in developing self-understanding and resolution of identified concerns. Counsellors engage empathy and deep listening to establish positive working relationships and safe spaces for clients. Within this context, clients may develop effective ways of dealing with anxieties or negative life patterns, while feeling respected and accepted without judgment.
Time Line Therapy
Time Line Therapy® techniques are a unique and unmatched method for creating powerful change in therapy, business, and education. Time Line Therapy® utilizes a person’s own internal “Time Line” to work with their unconscious minds in a variety of ways; including, healing emotional traumas and eradicating unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviours.
Time Line Therapy® has been so successful in its results that it has been utilized since 1986 by thousands of people including psychiatrists, psychologists, marriage and family counsellors, social workers, life and business coaches, and even athletic coaches. Your “Time Line” is how you unconsciously store your memories or how you unconsciously know the difference between a memory from the past and a projection of the future.
Behavioural change in an individual takes place at an unconscious level. People don’t change consciously. The Time Line Therapy® techniques allow you to work at the unconscious level and release the effects of past negative experiences and change “inappropriate” programming in minutes rather than days, months or years.
Hypnosis describes the process of guiding someone into a trance — a deep state of relaxation where the client is disburdened of the conscious mind’s control and therefore the subconscious mind (including memories, beliefs, coping strategies and desires) can be revealed and/or witnessed without judgement. Hypnotherapy is the application of hypnosis to support the overcoming of mental and physical conditions and blockages, through releasing or transforming aspects of the unconscious apparatus which no longer serve the client.
Art therapy has been shown to support a mindful awareness of emotions by fostering understanding through observation and expression. Art Therapy helps people process pain and realise inner peace by cultivating a different relationship with emotions. Clients experience the process of transformation through safely identifying, holding space for, acknowledging, and accepting very painful emotions.
Positive Psychology is a branch of psychology focused on the character strengths and behaviours that allow individuals to build a life of meaning and purpose—to move beyond stagnation or just surviving to flourishing.
Theorists and researchers in the field have sought to identify the elements of a good life. Therapy involves helping the client build a heathy relationship with themselves and other by using methods which foster skills for improving self mastery and and well-being. It encompasses a wide rage of topics including; emotional intelligence, mindfulness, strengths and resilience, self-compassion and acceptance, meaning and values living and motivation and goal achievement.
Psychotherapy is a process of engagement between therapist and clients for the purpose of healing and/or transformation. Clients’ suffering is addressed through the co-created therapeutic relationship and explored through any of emotional, physical, relational, existential, spiritual and/or behavioural terrains. Through deep listening and empathic, holistic exploration, psychotherapists support clients in working through conscious and unconscious factors that are affecting clients’ lives and wellbeing.
A key element of psychotherapy is the relationship between the psychotherapist and the client. This provides a safe container for the client to experience their feelings, as well as functioning as a relational encounter which supports clients’ growing awareness’s of patterns playing out in their lives.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) deals with neurology, language and habituated embodied patterns and how they interact with one another, with particular attention to the relationships between successful behaviour patterns and the thoughts that underlay them. Engaging various tools and techniques, the practitioner supports the client in re-programming their neurology, language and actions in order to be more empowered and effective in the world.
